Love it!
We love this trampoline. My husband was able to assemble this by himself in a couple of hours. He broke a spring during assembly, I messaged the seller and had a replacement spring delivered within a couple of days at no cost to me. I am very impressed with the customer service and the product itself. The trampoline includes a ladder, a mat to go underneath the ladder, a safety net and a tarp to keep the trampoline safe from sun and water damage. I chose this trampoline because of the higher weight limit, the accessories and the concealed springs. The net is on the outside of the springs and the spring cover is sewn onto the bouncy trampoline surface. It is much safer than the trampolines we had when I was a kid with uncovered springs and no safety nets! This was a great Christmas gift for my kids who are 7 & 5. We all have enjoyed jumping on it!

    The trampoline itself is fairly easy to put together and fun for kids and adults. But, more impressive is the customer service. We had a storm destroy most of the trampoline after only having it for a couple of weeks and Milka from the Zupapa customer service team was so helpful in helping us replace the broken parts for a very generous discounted price—not once, but twice (!) due totally to our own error in providing the wrong parts numbers. Couldn’t recommend more!

    Get anchors but not the short 12” jobs, get 19” or 27”

    Arrives in 4 boxes, 2 are quite heavy. Amazon has a suggestion upon adding to cart, to add 12” bent rebar anchors and 12” drill stake anchors; however, my advice is NOT to order them, as they are too short to offer good wind protection. Rather, I bought 19” drill stakes for greater protection. I considered 27” drill stakes for the best protection but was concerned that my drill might not have sufficient power.

    Very easy to assemble The quality really good They don’t mention it’s coming with trampoline cover but it is so thank you for that they supply gloves when you want to assemble it I didn’t use it my suggestion use it small pieces of metal and oil that left on pipes for manufacture so use gloves and they supplied it’s in the box thanks

    We decided to get this for the kids when our Shelter-in place was extended. It was our best idea. 2 adults set it up in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Looks great. Kids haven't gotten off it! Best idea since we went into quarantine 🙂

    Nice. I brought the 12 ft, and wish I would have gotten the 15 ft. Love the rain cover. The foam pole and the net inserts were tricky. That is what took the longest. The frame was up in less the 45 mins. The net & poles took over 1-1.5 hours. Maybe it could be done with one person, but it was very easy with two.
