Not hard to assemble
The scooter is easy to put together. You will need a Phillips screwdriver to access the battery compartment. Batteries and screwdrivers not provided. The short instruction are straight forward and make setting the scooter up a cinch. The handles simply require you to pop off the black covers and push the handle into place. The handle adjusts up and down via spring loaded buttons. There are three height adjustments.The last one is high enough that at 5'4" I can just about ride the scooter. The button on the battery compartment lets you cycle through 7 different light settings , a feature I am sure my granddaughter will love. The lights also add extra visibility. The scooter can be folded flat for easy transport. The deck has a nice anti-slip sandpaper- like grip to prevent slipping.

    Bought for my 7 yo granddaughter. She loves the lights on it and I like them as a safety feature. It's her first 2-wheel scooter so the wider base and adjustable handles are great for her, she's already mastered riding along smoothly.

    My 4yo love love loves it! It takes batteries to light up so if you plan to gift def give with AA batteries so they can take off! It lights up cute but you do have to press many times for different lights and to turn off. Kinda annoying to have to remember to turn off it runs the battery quickly if you don’t. Outside of that it’s beautiful! Smooth! Quick set up took less than a minute to put together out of the box! It folds over easily for storage. Perfect! Sooo glad I went with this one.

    Awesome scooter. My kids love the way it lights up, especially at night. good quality. I used to have a name brand scooter as a child, and it wasn't nearly as cool as this thing is. Heavy duty too, without being too heavy. Gives me a sense that it will hold up a long time. Kids have a blast riding this thing around. Only problem now is they like it so much they want to ride it in the house! Brake works well, so as far as safety features go it's good. Rides well too. Wheels have alot of grip and should do well with not skidding. 5 stars, would recommend.
